When you log in with Discord, we collect: your Discord user ID, username, avatar URL, and email address. We also collect server information (name, icon, member count) for listed servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: authenticate your account, display your username/avatar, allow you to manage server listings, and send important service communications.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (cordlist_user) to keep you logged in. This cookie expires after 7 days. No tracking cookies or analytics cookies are used.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with: Discord (authentication & bot), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy governing their processing of data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, request correction, request deletion, and withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via our Discord server.
