CordList is a platform for discovering, listing, and promoting Discord servers. We provide tools for server owners to increase visibility and for users to find communities matching their interests.

3. User Accounts

You must authenticate via Discord OAuth to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

4. Server Listings

  • You may only list servers you own or have permission to list.
  • Server descriptions must be accurate and not misleading.
  • NSFW, illegal, or harmful content is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Vote manipulation, bot abuse, or artificial inflation of metrics.
  • Spam, phishing, or distribution of malware.
  • Harassment of other users or server owners.
  • Circumventing rate limits or security measures.
  • Impersonating other users or servers.

6. Paid Features (Boost)

Boost purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Featured placement duration begins immediately upon payment confirmation. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By listing a server, you grant CordList a license to display its name, icon, banner, and description on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

CordList is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or server members.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
